You know, Elvis originally showed up in tortillas, and Jesus in Burger Kings, but they traded places after a chance meeting at a Tim Horton's in Hamilton.

Because Jesus is currently in Heaven:

Acts 1:9-11 Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

Jesus, Himself, said what He would be doing when He went to Heaven:

John 14:1-3 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions (MY INSERTION: also correctly translated "dwelling places."); if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

Stephen (the first person to die for the testimony of Jesus Christ, i.e., a martyr,) just as he was about to die, also saw Jesus at the right hand of the Father.

Acts 7:55-56 But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, and said, “Look! I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God!”

In case you're wondering whether Jesus is sitting, standing or preparing from the right hand of God, the term, "right hand," simply means He has been given all the power of the Father, like we use the colloqualism, "right-hand man." And Jesus, being God, does His preparing, not with hammer, wood, and nails, but can simply speak into existance the Heavenly dwellings we believers will inhabit. Believe me, you will not be disappointed:

1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written: “ Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,Nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

I will pray that, if you really want to see the true Jesus, you'll look to the Bible, and not the tabloids. God bless you brother.
