It is possible but is very very very very very hard work. You have to eat about 200 calories. And do 5 hours of runnig everyday. Dont bother trying to lose 2 stones in a month just lose about 1 stone a month thats eaisier. That means 2 stones every 2 months.

In a word yes - but only if you want to make yourself very ill. You have heard all the blog about 'quick fixes' and yes they would work in the short term - but if you are serious about losing the weight then it is obvious this is going to be a long term decision and not just for a special occasion. Try to visit a qualified nutritional adviser to work out a plan just for you. A healthy weight loss is between 1lb - 2lb per week. Aim for this. I know it would mean only about 8lb in a month, but there is another way if you are female, depending on where you carry your weight try to dress to emphasise your good points, have a great hair style and make up. This should make you feel good about yourself, and if you have the confidence the weight will get pushed to the back of your mind, so what if you have only lost that 1/2 stone in the month, you made it and you can continue from there. Emphasise the good and forget the bad. If you are a man then have some nice trouser and follow the trend to wear a great looking plain shirt over your trouser.

No weight loss is achievable by diet alone so don't forget the exercise. How do I know all this I weighed in at nearly 29 stone some 3 years ago and am now down to 14 stone, and still going. I allow myself little treats now, but the key is moderation. Good luck.

Yes ------But not if you want to stay healthy
2 months that is 8 to 9 weeks so you should aim for
10to 15 pounds if you eat correctly
but if you exercises as well you could gain weight i.e develop muscle and because muscle is always in the same place you will look more toned and this may balance out your weight loss from eating correctly. But you will look great
The only true measure is how your clothes fit and your percentage body fat to lean muscle tissue.
Have this measured before you start and during and after 2 or 3 months.
Leave the scales alone as you may weigh the same but you will be a different shape as the areas where you store your body fat will become smaller i.e. around the stomach for men and lower down for ladies
If you do not eat the scales will show a loss but this is not the true sign of success quite the opposite you will be wasting as the body bypasses your fat store and you lose lean tissue, so when you start eating properly again and you will, the body has become more efficient at creating fat out of the food provided and you put more weight on
It is hard work if done properly but the weight will stay off longer than when you use some trendy eating plan like shakes etc.It has to become a way of life as you are what you eat and what you do or don't do
This process is like a marathon not a sprint

NO.
2-3 lbs./week is what Drs. recommend. 4 weeks in a month the most you can lose and stay healthy is 12 1bs. ( < 1 stone )

Go for protein rather than sugar to keep energy levels going strong rather then crashing. Edamame in pods would be the perfect snack since it takes some time to eat and a one-cup helping offers 12 grams of health proteins.

Spread hummus, mustard, or pureed roasted red pepper on sandwiches as an alternative to mayonnaise.
