I never knew that the pharmacy was called a different name just because they are the hospital's own pharmacy.

What about DPS? It is still the pharmacy but the old procedures have now been reorganized using computer based efficiencies under the term "Decentralized Pharmaceutical Service"
There are automated systems called Pyxis medstation, CII -Safe NV, Homerus, etc.

Dispensary?- that is a term for the pharmacy function in clinics of smaller institutions but not hospitals, such as in the military.barracks or in schools
Apothecary- probably in the middle ages Lol.
Drugstore- Civilian, local population source of medicines.

Institutional Pharmacy. Also, some people call it Health-System Pharmacy. Inpatient pharmacy is another term used in hospitals that have a pharmacy for the patients admitted to the hospital (and outpatient pharmacy for the public, not admitted patients).
