I saw some pictures of the inside of a cruise ship and it looks really conjested.

it was a long time ago but I went on royal carribean cruise line and it was fun. If you are cosidering on going then I highly recommmend going. They are a a blast! they had plenty of room and it was not to crowed if at all. If it was crowed it was like at dinner time on an special themed night (ie: italian night).

i would say no i have been on 2 cruises the first time i stayed on a balcony the 2nd just with a window and both times i was fine.
i find that you dont spend much time in the room anyway only to sleep..... it depends weather or not your going ashore everyday and when your at sea if your doing activies or weather you want to have your own space....
i would defiantly recommend a window though..... it makes a big difference, you can see where you are and what time of day it is... it will make you feel less conjested.

It depends on a number of factors. When I went on my first cruise, my room was towards the bottom level. I shared the room with another perosn and it was cramped.

The second time, I was in a bigger ship and bigger room. There were more people in the room, but it was a little better.

There is so much to do on a cruise ship so I really did not spend time in my room basically just to sleep, bathe and change clothes.

My advice is do not get an interior room because you would be too conjested opt for a stateroom for more room. Hope this helps.

I've been on a number of cruises and depending on when and where you are on the ship it can feel like everyone went home or Times Square on New Year's Eve. You have to remember that the big boats have over 3,000 passengers and 1,000 crew so there are a lot of people on the ship, but if you get up early in the morning or stay on board while in port you will wonder where everyone is. I like to get up early and take a stroll on deck because no one will be up except crew. (This is usually just prior to 7AM) However during the evening at the casino, bars and hallways around them or on the Lido deck in the afternoon while at sea you can be extremely crowded. All I can say is my wife hates crowds but for some reason it did not bother her while on the cruise ship. So just go and have a good time.

well i have been on 3 cruises and i have never conjested as the ships are soo big. Obviously it depends on the cruise ships and liner you go with but i wouldnt worry if i was you as a cruise is brilliant and you would forget about it if it did happen when you are on the ship

Only if you go on behemoth cruise ships that carry thousands of passengers.

There are smaller lines that are very luxurious, with lots of elbow room...like Seabourn. My personal favorite. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a big ship; no rock climbing wall, tennis courts, boxing rings, but it has service, style and elegance. Oh, and only 208 passengers max. Never, ever a crowd, anywhere.

Being on a cruise is fun but you can get conjested........it makes all the differance with a balcanie you dont feel so trapped and you dont feel conjested at all . But make sure you dont open the door to your room and the balcanie door at the same time. It creats a suckion and all papers by the balcanie door get sucked out and get in the ocean. Hope i helped!!

The cruise ship I went on was one of the smallest and there was plenty of room for everyone! There where over 2500 people on the boat!

Nope most cruise ships are big and there's a lot of space for everyone.

I was on a cruise in August!

No the ship is so big and spread out that you can walk around without bumping into a lot of people. For me the only times I noticed a lot of people were during meal times in the buffet area, at shore waiting to take tenders back to the ship, and at the evening shows.
