My sister is getting married next Sept. and we are trying to figure out the color scheme..She decided to go with dresses in Chambord

What other colors can she do, she is against the idea of any greens (though I think they would look great) any suggestions (if you have links so we can view it would be appreciated!!) THANKS!!

Sorry guys I guess I wasn't clear enough in my question (my bad) what colors could she do in addition to the Chambord (that color is set for sure) we just need some accent colors to go along with it... Thanks!!

beautiful dress. I actually like the colour shown. 100% agree with her for not having green. Its a very unlucky colour to have at a wedding. I love the coppery colours shown in this link.

Edit. For a contrasting colour this Pearl Pink would be lovely.

BEAUTIFUL. with that intense of a color I'd go with an accent color that is softer. Perhaps pale blue or ivory. I think cream/winter white would look incredible with that. I'm not sure if shades of yellow would work. I'd really have to see that. Sometimes hot colors look great together and sometimes they clash terribly. I wouldn't have necessarily thought of green though.

Metallics are very popular in fall as well. So perhaps she could go with bronze or pewter. There is also that color of a lot of cars--kinda half gold half silver. One car company calls it Egyptian Sand and some others call it pearl champagne. Something like that would be nice--plus it would match whatever jewelry she picks.

That is a beautiful color by the way. It will be very flattering! I had apple (similar color, but darker shade) and I used silver as an accent. They looked great together. Otherwise I would say ivory. Both colors would look very nice and are easy to find in decorations, accessories, etc.

That's a nice color. I also like their marine blue...which is what I'm doing. She can mix and match colors too, like the chambord with a burgundy. Or a marine blue with gray blue. I also think the greens would be nice, but if she doesn't like it, then it's going to have to be something else.

What about a bronze shade, not too harsh and coppery but more brown...it looks so nice and would look really good with that pink. or champagne would look nice too, have a lighter color so the darker/brighter color stands out more

I would suggest something in blue, maybe royal blue. Her maids could carry bouguets with royal blue and some shade of pink and white.

I went to a friend's wedding the other week and the bridesmaids wore black and white. I have to say it was totally stunning and so different.

I was in a wedding in which our dresses were champagne and it was a September wedding as a matter of fact! It looked very elegant.
