First, how old is your baby?
If she doesn't like proteins, maybe it depends on how you prepare them.
Select good fish and maybe fry it for her if you used to cook it before.
Fried eggs can be good for her / if you fry before why not boil it ?
chope the meat after cooking it well so that the meat becomes soft enough for her to eat and don't just give her the above mention food only, create a diet sheet for her and follow your food time table.
Introduce veg, beans, potatoes, rice, milk fruits and others for her and these will keep her healthy.
I hope it helps
Good luck!

You didn't say how old your baby is or if you are talking pureed baby meats or table food.
Meats can be a challenge to introduce because of the texture as well as the unfamiliar flavors. Most kids I've seen like scrambled eggs. You might try mixing scrambled eggs and/or ground meat in with other foods she likes (I'm thinking like Chinese-style fried rice, or even potatoes like a breakfast burrito). Spaghetti and other tomato-based sauces are a good way to introduce ground meat--messy but yummy!
Fish has a pretty strong smell and taste--unless you are serving that a lot for your family, I would put that one off for a bit and re-introduce later. Fried fish like fish sticks might be the best way to introduce if she already eats and likes chicken nuggets because of the similarity in texture.
My kids liked the baby meat sticks or vienna sausages because they were easy finger foods. When they were toddlers, they also liked the Chef-Boy-ar-Dee spaghettio type meals and chicken noodle soup. If your baby is old enough to introduce condiments, you can try flavoring the meats with cheese, catsup, or other sauces that your baby might like (nothing too spicy).
If you are still having no luck at all, make sure you are including alternate proteins such as peanut butter, cheese/dairy, beans & rice (combo), soy proteins, etc. Give it a rest between each unsuccessful attempt to intro meats (several weeks at least) before trying again, and hopefully their taste buds will be more mature and they will have had time to forget any past negative experience.
Many kids who are picky eaters outgrow it IF you consistently offer only healthy foods at mealtimes and don't let them snack between meals. Sometimes it takes the positive peer pressure when they enter a preschool or other social setting and see other kids eating things and then decide they are willing to try them. It's amazing how they will eat things for the teacher or someone else's mom that they would NEVER try for you!

How old is she? If she ate all of those foods when she was less than a year in baby food form and as a youngster over a year then I am not sure why she won't eat them now. Feed her lots of dairy that is high in protein to replace what she doesn't get via meat. Try making casseroles or other dishes though with small pieces of meat in them so she is eating it without her knowing it. I am not sure what happened between the time she was 6-7 months old and now as you didn't post many details nor her current age.

give her veggies and fruit, i DO NOT eat fish and my mom doesn't eat fish nor eggs so it's not uncommon, it might be the smell it gives off because we all know that fish doesn't smell all that pleasant... eggs, idk about that because they're pretty much tasteless, maybe if you mix it in with other foods?? and as for meat, just try a bunch of different meat like, chicken, steak, pork... there's got to be SOME kind of meat she likes but if not than maybe she's just an early vegetarian??

You don't mention the baby's age. Try giving the baby mashed potatoes, mashed peas, spaghetti o's, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, cream of wheat. Just try different things to see how the baby responds to the taste.
