It's called Honeymoon Cystitis. Can be aggravated by lots of sex. You might get a bit bruised if you are really going at it (hence the 'honeymoon' tag) and if that happens there's more of a chance that a germ can get into your urinary tract causing cystitis. You just have to get normal cystitis treatment for it(doctor/pharmacist) but in the short term before you get proper help for it, drink loads of water; cranberry juice is good for it too as is a pint of water with a teaspoonful of bicarbonate of soda in it. Doesn't taste particularly nice but if you're in pain it certainly helps. Get proper treatment though as it won't go away by itself and you don't want it to become chronic.

Honeymoon cystitis is a sterile inflammation of the urethra due to unused to sexual intercourse. It is much less common now, as most couples have had regular sex before marriage. It could be applied to any couple who are enthusiastically engaged in sex in the early stages of their relationship. Getting up to pass urine soon after sex reduces the risk, as does the use of a bidet after intercourse.

yep there sure is... its when you have sex a real lot. a real lot and you can get a water infection, cystitis, its caused by getting germs into your unitary track. can be pain full, also can get thrush at the same time... best if every time you have sex, is to go to the toilet to flush out the germs and also after sex. it normal in any new or very passionate sexual relationship. can get medicine over the counter if you think you have it. symptoms are need for the loo more, painful or burning whilst during or after peeing, soreness. if gets bad can get lower back pain and feel quite ill. then a trip to your docs is needed for antibiotics. hope you have a great time
