that is totally base upon the beinging of your relationship. Did the two of you ever talk about marriage while dating? Just sit down and talk to him about it and take it from there. If there mention about getting married while dating or during the relationship, why should he propose. Do you want to get married, if so, then talk to him about taken that next step in your relationship. good luck
