I use to be a teacher and now I want to go into HR but noone will even call me for an interview. What can I do to get in there? I worked in HR at college for 6 months and that is all I have. I also worked in other office envoronments but i can not seem to get one job that I applied for HR to even call me for an interview. WHAT CAN I DO?

An HR assistant job shouldn't be too hard to get into. Your first thing is to make sure your resume is up to par. HR people have seen all the worst resumes and don't have the patience for it. If you email me your resume I'd be happy to make some suggestions on it for you and give you some tips.

It's often hard to get into HR without experience. Try small offices that may be willing to train you.
