i live in san diego to i live in San Carlos and i'm fine down here which is good and may i just say that this city sucks now. Jesus 7 fires 0% contained wow well anyways take whats most important to you photos, water, food, your ipod if u have one can't go anywhere without an ipod, well good luck to you

Important documents and the things most valuable to you that cannot be replaced. Also take some clothes and things to help you survive for a few days.

ditto what suisse shoggi said, plus use your digital camera to take pictures of everything you own so that you can use those pictures in your insurance claim. If you have time, for larger expensive items, make sure you take pictures of the model number printed on the back.
