As individuals it depends on the person, there are extremely stubborn people on both sides. A very stubborn and devout Christian arguing with a very stubborn Atheist about the topic of religion can end up with two people really not communicating with each other.
As a group it would be Christians, Atheists and Agnostics for the most part are not concerned with the topic of religion and are not overly passionate about it. This would make them stubborn only when being forced or coerced to do something that they do not want to do. Generally you are not stubborn about something you don’t care about.

There are stubborn people on both sides of the divide.

Due to the nature of Christianity, and the given set of rules involved in religion, it is fair to assume that people of no religious beliefs will be able to make up their own minds on all subjects rather than follow a strict set of rules laid down.

Christians, because they do not look at any other prespective than their own, while an Atheist is open minded enough to look at all the evidence and make a logical decision based on said evidence, just because it is different from theirs does not make us stubborn. We find the path by ourselves, they are lead to the path

Don't know if I would call either one stubborn, firm in their beliefs, yes, but not stubborn. Stubborn indicates an unwillingness to budge, I don't think either group is unwilling to budge if the other group could provide them PROOF of what they claim. Even the atheists in this forum have stated that if scientific proof were provided them that they would believe in God (even though most said they wouldn't worship Him). That is not stubborness.

Christians. (at least most of them).
I takes a lot of guts to admit when you are wrong, and that's what most of us atheists did when we left christianity.
