The best scrambled eggs i ever made were in my old house mates cast iron milk pan. The recipe i never really stuck to, but i would use two eggs, a splash of milk all really beaten up whilst i was beating up the eggs i would heat the pan then throw it all in. Then i would just keep stirring the mixture until it was begining to scramble, because this pan was solid iron i would turn the heat off and the heat from the pan would cook the eggys to perfection. This gormet dish would then be served with salt and pepper and if the mood took me a good splodge of ketchup! Yummy.

IMO, the most important detail about scrambled eggs is to NOT overcook them. I use 2 eggs maybe 1 tbsp on milk and a dash of salt and pepper and whisk ingredients well. I use a silicone spatula to stir/scrap the pan during cooking. I cook until they are still just wet and add a 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 tsp of chives.
yum.

I add cooked sausage and a little milk to 2 or 3 beaten eggs and just cook them in a skillet with a little butter to keep them from sticking to the pan. Then top them with american or cheddar cheese and an ever so little bit of ketchup... yummm

Scrambled eggs are already foolproof, I don't have a 'recipe'! Although I had one boyfriend who obviously didn't know anyone that could cook them without burning, he was pretty impressed! I like adding ham or bacon bits, cheese, and minced onion to mine.

The best I've tried is to add milk to an egg and beat it slightly. To this add garlic powder, salt and pepper and pour it all into a ziplock baggy. Seal the bag and drop into a pot of boiling water. Turn the heat down a bit and watch it cook. It will come out light and fluffy.

I use just milk in my eggs and butter in the pan mostly. Sometimes I add an onion and some cheese to my eggs, depending on my mood.

1/8th cup of milk, a teaspoon of butter, dash of garlick and pepper and blend. Once you have dumped the ingreedience into the frypan and begin to stir the egg salution, dump a half cup of American, cheddar , or Velveta cheese in it. You have thee best tasting and filling scrambled eggs ever. Oh yeah, that would be with two eggs too.
