Yes, you are welcome to kneel if you feel comfortable doing so.
Thank you for respecting our belief in the Eucharist and not receiving Communion!
BUT----you are baptised a CHRISTIAN- not a Methodist, Catholic, Baptist, etc. If you are interested in becoming Catholic, talk to the priest :-)

He can attend Catholic Mass. As a non-Catholic however, he can't obtain Communion. you are able to attend Methodist centers with him. As a Catholic however, you are able to't obtain Holy Commuion in a non-Catholic Christian Church. additionally, you are able to't "replace" weekly Catholic Mass attendance with the Methodist service. verify you have time for the two if that's necessary to attend Methodist service.

When you kneel, you are showing respect to God -- the God Whom you yourself worship. You are also showing respect to the customs of the people amongst whom you are worshipping. Let me put something to you. In the Methodist church we stand for the Gospel. If somebody attended service from another denomination where they did not stand for the Gospel and remained seated while everyone else stood, this would appear extremely disrespectful. My advice is, kneel while you are at a Catholic service, as there cannot be any possible objection to it.

Kneeling when you pray is not giving consent to a church -- it is humbling yourself before the Creator of the Universe and showing Him the respect He deserves. It is human nature to have too much pride. That was the problem in the Upper Room with the disciples and the reason why Jesus had to humble Himself before them to wash their feet.
"Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up." James 4:8-10

You're a CHRISTIAN in a CHRISTIAN Church. Kneel when the congregation kneels.
In the meantime find a PROTESTANT (Methodist) church where you can receive Communion. In Germany the Protestant Church would be Lutheran. They may have open communion.

Of course. Kneel, stand, sit, when everybody else does. Participating in the liturgy is not "taking Communion".

When you are in a different church than yours, you follow their custom unless there is a religious reason not to.
You don't take Communion with Catholics because of their beliefs being different and you are not allowed to. There are certain tenets you must accept before you are allowed to partake in Communion with them. Some Protestants do; but your denomination does not.
However, you are welcome to the rest of the celebration of Mass.

Yes, you can kneel when others do. You are not worshipping any false idols by doing so.

First, ANY church that teaches baptism for membership is teaching a false doctrine, dear one. We are baptized into Christ, not a denomination.
Secondly, if you feel lead by the Spirit during communion, by all means, participate! I have done so with Catholics and believe it is for ALL believers, not just certain church members.
God bless!
