You could have some pinched nerves along your spine or poor circulation. I would suggest going to the chiropractor to find out if your spinal column is aligned correctly and if you do not have an exercise routine involving cardio, you should probably start. Good luck.

It sounds like neuropathy(peripheral nerve problems). A neurologist can check this out for you using an EMG to check the nerves in your arms and legs for damage.
It may also be a type of seizure. You really need to get this checked out as soon as possible as it may be a sign of a more serious condition.

I would see a neurologist. Or it could be a pinched nerve. Try going to a chiropractor first. Then if you STILL are having these sensations go see a neurologist. Good Luck hun!

Are you on any medication? I used to have tingling all over when I was on Topomax. If not, I would check about your circulation and go from there...how annoying it is.

Could be a circulation issue--limited blood flow, lack of oxygen reaching these areas.
