how much zinc could i need to grow taller?

really!

i know its a stupid question.

im only 17 and only 1.73 meters... i feel like small and i really hate it !

can anyone else help me? *-*

What are you in feet, sorry i don't feel like doing the math, but i think they were pills when my bro took them and he took one once a day. He didn't automaticly grow, I think it took a couple of weeks-months. You should ask your doctor about it and look it up on-line.

zinc will not change your height in any way. height is genetically predetermined and anyone that tells you differently is mistaken, or scamming you. You are who you are, you need to mature and learn to accept that.
