I don't have a jihad on anyone but my self, so what are you talking about? There are people here in the US who are in no moral position to dictate anything to anyone.

Jihad is Arabic for Struggle(Within oneself). Jihad is not "Holy War". Holy war in Arabic is qital. War can never be holy. Muslims strive in Jihad every day. Staying true to Islam in a non Muslim country is Jihad. A mother giving birth is Jihad. Dealing with false accusations of being called terrorists is Jihad. Not all Muslims are out to conquer American and the West.

Are you aware that Americans can also be Muslim? I am American born and bred and Muslim by CHOICE. Jihad is a personal struggle, but somehow you don't realize that . My jihads are internal - controlling my health, praying as I should, staying patient...

Why should over half the planet trust America when you act as the planets dictator?
I am not sure how you didn't notice that it was America who entered Iraq and Afghanistan. Last time I checked 19 men were there perpetrators of the attacks on the USA not Islam nor Muslims.

There are some christians who have a vendetta against muslims. Your question can be reversed to ask why should muslims trust Americans.
I find it interesting that you are asking a religious group why a national group (one composed of many religious groups including the one that you are discussing) should trust them. Are you implying that Americans are non-muslim? Yes, there are many non-muslim Americans, however, there are also many muslims in the US. There are also many, many people who do trust muslims.
That jihad thing only involves a few wackos. It is not something that all muslims buy into. The same goes for the christians who are against the muslims. They are the minority. You would not expect all christians to be compared to them, do you?

You need some education, dear. Muslims have no jihad against Americans. You are pretty brainwashed. I'm a Muslim, I have dozens of Muslim Americans who are proud of their American identity. American army is the one who is killing Muslims, invading their countries and such...

You don't even understand what Jihad means, jihad does not mean "holy war" as many people think, Almost everyone in the world today has heard the word Jihad, thanks to the media.This word has a very broad meaning and does not mean 'Holy War' as many people believe.
The meaning of the word Jihad is 'Striving'.It applies to any sort of activity made by any person because of love of God.It covers every aspect of a muslim's life. It is Jihad when a muslim is called upon to make an extra effort - for example, to get up before dawn in order to pray, to fast during Ramadan abstaining from all the things which would invalidate the fast.It is jihad when a person helps another, and goes out of their way to be a friend etc (the intention being to please God alone and not for anything else, if it is done with any other motive, it is NOT Jihad).For example, a person can lay down his life for his country without being religious at all - this is NOT Jihad.
It is reported that the Prophet Muhammad(peace be upon him) said: *"The most excellent jihad is that for the conquest of oneself." The soul is tempted to do certain things which are prohibited(haraam) at times and a person who strives to eradicate such thoughts and seeks refuge with God is doing Jihad by controlling his/her desires.
As for killing innocent people, Hijacking and suicide bombing, it is completely forbidden in Islam, Islam forbids killing and it is a major sin,
