I was suicidally depressed for 7 years. BUT, I am well now.
Hurray!!!! I thought it would never happen.
My Doctor ran a simple blood test and found out I have Hypothyroidism. This is when your thyroid (a butterfly shaped organ around your throat) stops working correctly and causes many many symptoms. (research it to learn them). You take a small pill daily to correct it.
IN ONE MONTH of taking the pills, the depression was gone.
It was totally amazing. Even though I have Rheumatoid arthritis, I feel well in terms of depression.
Get to your Doctor and have this simple blood test run. Make a list of all of the things that you feel might be wrong, depression is just a symptom of many hormone imbalances.
It could be an estrogen imbalance also. Are you on birth control of any sort (I have no idea of your age) Just have these simple tests done and try to get this resolved .
I reread your question and some of the behaviors you list sound like your estrogen is out of whack. Be sure to have it checked also.
Good luck and best wishes ...

Well a doctor can help. It's better then killing yourself. Trust me, I know. I almost did that earlier this year as a whole lot of things happened at once. I was lucky and did not try it.
If you believe in God, seek help that way and call up a church. It can't hurt, right?
Suicide hot-line in Chicago is 630-627-1700
Suicide Support group 630-966-9393
Or try the link below. Please go talk to a professional. Most clergy have had training in this area. A good doctor will send you to a good counselor and many of them have sliding scale fees so it wont break you to go. Insurance covers much of the cost too. Please give a try, call someone. Once you are gone, there is no turning back. Please try, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Best of luck to you, God bless.

you are accusing him of cheating because you have low self esteem and this time of year seasonal depression is very normal...get out and exercises even if you get and mp3 player and walk for a half hour or More in morning. No caffeine, try not to smoke, and exercises always works when you have a panic attack or anxiety do push ups or sit ups or jog in a spot or go for a walk ten times aday get focused on YOU! I promise you will be fine......if you are mind racing then a lorazapam once in a blue moon helps me may not take for months then need 1 a day for a couple of days.but NO caffeine and noo dark pop seems to trigger anxiety good luck and just DO IT!

Wow. Well, try to think of all the happy things in your life. and to be happier. Try to do fun things with others, like going to a movie(a happy one) or inviting someone over to your house for dinner. You may feel like you are alone when you are not and that can cause serious issues. If you know your husband is not cheating then don't accuse him of it! do not be paranoid!! Also, i suggest you DO GO TO THE DOCTOR! PLEASE GO TO THE DOCTOR. do not be scared of what he says. he is trying to help. So just trust him and i promise things will get better. Get all the thoughts of killing yourself or hurting someone else OUT OF YOUR HEAD!! Depression is a disease, not just something that happens. So you always have to go to the doctor for diseases. so trust your doctor. you will be fine.
and don't kill yourself. also you may be in aftershock cuz your husband has or had ms.

scared or not, you need to see a doctor. you sound very much like i did a few months ago. i had stopped my medicine because i thought i was better, and i quit going to the doctor. i went back after my husband called and made the appointment and then drove me. the doctor didn't fuss because i stopped my meds, she was very understanding and she helped me get back on track. she also referred me to a therapist. she helps tremendously. just to have an uninvolved third party to use as a sounding board helps beyond belief. good luck.

you need to seek help. fear of the unknown is always the worst and that is why you don't want to go to the doctor. find out what your insurance will cover and if they don't do anything search around for a crisis center of some sort and they can usually provide free or low cost mental help. good luck.

you shouldn't be afraid to go see a doctor
I think you seriously need to get out and go on a holiday with your hubby and go either relax or something like an adventure holiday... something away from the norm
I have been there before... thinking those thoughts.. scary to think about
Don't just sit there and do nothing.. thinking about suicide makes it worse and you get more depressed...
I used to think about how much in debt when i was unemployed, and how i didn't have enough cash to pay my bills... then i tried even harder to get a good job

dont be scared of what a doctor might say. they will probably come to the same conclusion you have, you are depressed. usually its not your fault and u can go to talk therapy or get on meds or both. trust me you will be glad you did and back to your old self in no time.
