I suspect C is the answer the tester is looking for. Cultural evolution only uses the scientific theory of evolution as an analogy.

I'll go with C, but wording is important and evolution is not a belief is a theory(fact).

Edit: Also I'd recommend asking this on the anthropology section.

everything in nature has a purpose, a reason for occuring... it begins with everything emiting information and nature reacting to it... as nature reacts and seeks balance changes occur and these changes are called evolution... then nature learns from what it did and begins again... constantly seeking to improve... until humans who are cognitive creatures, capable of understanding but also capable of deception... we evolved for a purpose and often met that purpose, through philosophers, medicine men and women, shaman, but there came a time when the humans who would deceive nature, lie to it would begin to place themselves above it... this comes through religion... through nature's blind spots they learned to control the information by being louder than nature's capacity... also using murder to eliminate those who would speak on behalf of nature... this began the interferance of evolution where cultures were guided by religions alone... nature seeks to be balance and as long as there is religion we emit error messages spritually... As nature has done so much blind to it's own work it continued to work although loosing the human resource.. truth leaves a physical imprint... proof for nature is easy enough but not for religions for they are founded on lies... Humans are quick to give the liar blind faith... that is why even in the most causiously guarded religious information warnings like... Satan will be called god on earth... the bible often describes christians as hypocrites... spirit is nature's primary means of communications so it gets it's truth heard occationally... although the deceivers are masters at manipulating the human mind... Where have we began to return to an evolutionairy path... science is a new tool... one which christians have a hard time working in for it requires proof.. nature requires balance.. so things like peace, equality, that which benefits humans is nature... but religions are quick to take credit for those... Humans have to stop seeing "civilization" or the evolution there of as money... industry and so on... it's the well being of the over all population not just the riches of a few.. it's the incorporation of equal justice for the many.. it's the comfort in each's own skin... for that is what helps nature to balance... When religions get away with saying being born human is a sin yet that is the only thing we are or could be then we have to really pay attention to who is lying.. for nature would not intend to create evil... humans are not as smart as they would beleive for they continue to allow the unreasonable to rule over their civilizations and cultures while the path for freedom is always available. It's like choosing slavery over freedom... it's enough to make nature regret our existance.. the reperation of that regret is already here.. while other things in nature are getting stronger and healthier... ex: great illnesses are not a common thing in animals, plant life, insects and so on...the humans continue to suffer great epidemics.. for if they prefer the deception earth is better off without them... that is also evolution... or natural selection.. something nature is getting better at every day.
