Try someone who isn't a doctor. A US osteopath I know did an excellent talk at a convention about Sacral fractures. They were thought to be non existant and the medical profession was in denial of it. In the last 5 years or so there has been an explosion of research on the subject by the medical profession. Hair line fractures of the sacrum often don't heal correctly and cause cause pain in the surrounding connective tissues + muscle imbalance leading to stiffness and dysfunction. Coccygeal impact can cause it to fracture or dislocate which can remain uncomfortable. If you are in the USA and want to try an osteopath make sure you call then and ask if they do any manual manipulation. if they don't, don't waste your time. You may as well just see another doctor. Outside the US, you need to find one who isn't entirely structural in their approach. if you consult an osteopath or primary care manual therapist you will need to source one that does mixed treatment modalities. As well as the pelvis it is important that they look at your whole bodies inter-relationship not just the area that is painful

Could be a fracture or pinched nerve compressed between your intervertebral discs. See a doctor, they can give you injections to relieve the pain, take some Xrays and there'll be no need to guess or live with the pain.

think it may be sciatica, I've had this and its really painful, found it most painful when going from standing to sitting position of vice versa. see the doctor who should be able to give you something at the very least for the pain.

I recommend you see a doctor of chiropractic medicine immediately. They're going to get you out of the pain quickly and help you to not have recurring problems. They're going to assess what is causing your problem.
