I have sky, and feel that I am not making the most of it. I watch all sorts of programs - from discovery to nickelodeon. So any channels that you know of , would be appreciated !

How about...The Biography Channel,Living TV,E4,UK TV Gold,True Movies-I especially like this one as it often shows Real life movies which have been re enacted to be shown for TV.Hallmark can sometimes be OK alongside UK TV Drama and UK TV Food.Somtimes there are some good programs on Five Life/Five US or BBC3.

I know there's hundreds of channels on sky but I usually watch the same ones each week.
apart from sky sports and the music channels. I mainly watch living tv, it has alot of good programmes on it. other than that I watch FX, another good one for mainly detective/crime programmes, the Hallmark channel, all those discovery channels, crime (channel), sci-fi, bbc1 (but you can get that on normal tv). there's an awful lot of rubbish channels on sky as well.

SKY ONE i ahve virgin media and i am gutted that it got taken a way from us now i cant watch programs like
LOST
Nip/Tuck
Simpsons
Prison Break
and other top shows....
