If I've pierced my belly button myself, and now there are 2 balls you can feel inside where my holes were, can I get it professionally done behind those?

yes, you can get it repierced, just make sure that the area is healed and closed up before you get it repierced. when i first had mine pierced, the idiot screwed it up and it was crooked. i didnt get it fixed until a year and a half later, and all i did was take out my jewelry, let it close up, and i got it repierced. it will hurt a little more than the original piercing becaue of the scar tissue, but the healing process will be much quicker!

When I got my tongue stuck I was telling my piercer about my self pierced PA. He says he has a buddy who does all his piercings at home first, if he likes the way they look, he gets them re-done by a pro.

you can get things repierced - it imght be more difficult and/or hurt more, because of the scar tissue, but is also less likely to reject (being stuck behind scar tissue). go to a reputable piercer in your area, and tell him it's been pierced before - he should be fine with it
