my friend got off of an assult case with bail discharge,they told him if he doea anything illeagal within the next 2 yrs he would go to jail for 30-90 days.he recently got a speeding ticket,can he go to jail from this?

Probably not unless traffic offenses were specifically included. There is not likely to be a cross referencing between traffic offense records and other criminal records.

YES IF THE JUDGE SAID ANYTHING IN THE ORDER.

NO, USUALLY TRAFFIC OFFENSES ARE NOT COUNTED AS A SERIOUS CRIME BUT HE SHOULD REPORT IT AND BE UPFRONT ABOUT THIS. THE JUDGE WILL RESPECT HIM MORE FOR TELLING HIM RATHER THEN THE JUDGE FINDING OUT LATER.
