Don't be tense or nervous, look at it this way , you can write it again if you don't pass. And you're not a failure if you don't pass the first time, many don't. Also save all the difficult questions for the very end. Do all the ones you know first. Then go back to the difficult questions and choose what you think is the best. Never leave any blank. You have a chance to get it correct even if it is a guess.
In the reading and comprehension section, read the whole article first, then answer the questions and look back. Take a watch with you , so you will know how much time is left. Also a good eraser and pencil! And last try these free online TOEFL quizzes on the net, they cover reading , grammar and vocabulary and can help you, it takes 2 mins to register and all quizzes are free, the best of luck to you! Cheers!
I thought you asked this question a week ago? maybe another muslim doctor? anyway I used to teach TOEFL, ask anything else , no problem. Good Luck!
edit: regarding the listening section, I don't know what country you're in, but if you go to the American University bookstore , you can buy the TOEFL book with listening cassette included. Cheers!
edit the link doesn't work give me a few min plz

There's a book called Check Your English Vocabulary for TOEFL that's very good. Author is Rawdon Wyatt. I don't know if it's been updated for the IBT (there are some exercises about phrasal verbs that aren't as important on the IBT) but it still covers a lot of the words you'll need.

Sidewalk is exceptionally plenty all we call it. If this is not paved, we call it a footpath, and infrequently is it talked approximately as a footpath in circumstances the place there is not any vehicular roadway next to it. The be conscious "pavement" over right here is many times reserved for reporting what somebody fell onto.

I think your question is pretty much answered, but here is another suggestion: you can try a tutor here:

You can learn live in a virtual classroom.. your teacher and you could be sitting on either side of the globe. Learning from a tutor is a better bet because you learn pronunciation and nuances of a language only through live interaction.
