Eggs are my favorite food and eat them often.
My cholesterol is within the normal range and has been for years.

yes, people don't know what they are talking about....eggs are good for you, several times a week. all of the nutritional value is in the yolk, however. to get the most benefit, buy organic eggs. they are a couple dollars more, but deal with it, it's worth it. we should be eating all organic foods.

i think thats debateable because one egg contains 2/3 of your daily reccomended cholesterol!
but it also has protien and some people consider a couple of eggs an entire meal.

they are high in cholestoral but good cholestorol but still too much is bad, and my doctor he said that eggs have every mineral and vitamin that one could possibly think of, so he said that is someone has a healthy diet and eats eggs like everyday, the cholestorol is okay, but still the rest of ur diet shouldnt be high in cholesorl and should still be healthy.

I don't know that eggs are especially good for you but are not really bad for you if eaten in moderation. They do have cholesterol in them.
