I recently had two dreams about someone that hates me. I have never dreamed of her before. In the first dream she was inviting me for supper and i woke up wondering if maybe she did not recognize me. In the second we were at a party and it seemed like she did not know who I was, she was being very nice and friendly. In real life she hates me with a passion, and we never see each other.

Any ideas as to what these dreams could mean?

Let's look at the other side of the coin. You know she hates you, so when she invites you over for dinner, you suspect the worse of her. You think she may try to poison you. That's why you woke up, out of fear.
In your second dream, you still suspect she is "up to something". Just something else to think about. The other answers were good to.

Well, maybe it is an expression of that you don't want to be "hated" by this person, after all, who wants to be "hated"? It could simply be a wish that you could get along better with the other......... maybe you see things you have in common with her, even though she hates you, and maybe even the things you have in common with her, are what is causing the problem, sometimes we hate people that show us a mirror.........
