how can i lose weight quick, i have a hospital appointment in 2 weks and i am classed as overweight, im 5ft and weigh 10stone, so over weight, i need to get down to around 7-8 stone anyone know how, p.s. i cant eat vegtables.
im 18, thanks for your help.

im eplileptic, so cant leave the house on my own, everyone works in the house so i cant ask them to come with me, im not sure why i have fits but i cant do exercise because everytime i do i have a seizure, i cant eat veggies because i just dont like them, i take a substitute though.

The only healthy way to lose weight is to exercise. Even if it is just walking or playing a sport.

TRY to find fruits and vegetables that you like. If you really can't you should drink protein shakes. They may say "weight gain" but this just means they help you build up muscles (you'll only build muscles if you are working with weights). You won't gain fat from protein shakes.

STAY AWAY FROM SLIMFAST. They look like protein shakes but they have too much sugar and other nasties.

You shoudn't lose 30lb in 2 weeks this is very dangerous, regardless of your weight. If you take it more slowly the weight will stay off.

If you're desperate you could try a juice fast (just drink juice and don't eat anything else) but don't do this for too long as it can be really unhealthy.

Losing a lot of weight fast can be dangerous to your health. don't ever attempt to lose more than 2-3 pounds a week no matter which product or attempted diet or exercise. I've gained and lost around 25 pounds every year for 4 years and for me it comes down to thinking about what I eat and drink twice, I never counted a carb or callorie in my entire life, but if I switch some of the stuff I like eating out with something else that I like, for example, when I feel like a snack, then instead of making a white bread sandwich, I eat some fruit. All the (so called) experts will tell you something different and leave us all in total amazement about how they can all keep comming up with arguments and sources that prove beyond any doubt that their product or diet or whatever is the best ever. I just set my mind to it, try to picture the result I want, then start drinking more fruit juice, and eating more fruits and vegetables as well, it works wonders for me every time. but ofcourse, exercise is a very big part of burning away that extra fat that we've been storing for a rainy day :) but no need to go all pro gym on it. just walk a few miles, you know, take some strolls around the neighborhood, walk next time you go shopping instead of taking the car (and no, don't use the excuses to yourself that you buy too much to carry, cause you can always walk twice, or get some of it tomorrow, or even better, walk with a friend and family, aint noone ever got hurt from that) if you can, do some sit-ups, push-ups, pull-up or whatever you want to do to get your heart-rate up. it will really help you out, even if it's not running a marathon or joining the rangers, but skating, riding your bike enjoying the weather while moving. I'm fairly sure you know what I'm talking about :) If you're thinking: I don't want to do something else, just lose weight, then I want to finish off by reffering to the immortal genius of Steven Tyler from Aerosmith when he sings in "Get a grib" : If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got. I truly hope you get to that mark and enjoy getting there as well. Peter

Find a walking partner and try this:
Okay. Cut out eating in between meals.
Only eat healthy food and cut down on Carb’s like bread, potatoes, pasta's, rice, cereals, lollies etc. These are the fat making foods. Learn exactly what your food groups are so you then know what puts the weight on and off.
Don’t add salt to your meals. Cut out soft drinks.
Then walk an hour every morning two hours after a meal and the same in the afternoon.
If you can jog in between both sessions you'll burn even more calories.
You should lose and continue to lose more weight as you go.
If you can cut out your lunch meal and replace it with a protein drink instead that would also help. Available in supermarkets.
As long as you can stay off junk food and eating in between meals. If you have to eat something in between have something like small raw carrots or celery sticks.
Summary:
Choose a cereal low in sugar for breakfast.
Lunch can be a protein drink. Like “Slim Right”.
And all normal meals at a normal serve. Cut down on potatoes and only have small portions of these. Walking as much as you can.
For those that want to build more muscle add some gym work to the above as well.

That is very unhealthy and risky. You are asking for heart and kidney problems. If you can't eat veggies your choices are pretty limited as veggies are good for you, pretty low cal and often filling depending on fiber content. The only way to lose that much weight in such a short time frame is to cut off a leg or maybe both, which I really wouldn't advise. WHy are you so concerned with what your dr thinks? If he/she is that harsh maybe its time to find a new one. As long as you are trying to lose weight they should be happy. If not tell them to take along walk off a short pier.

You need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It's better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat...

You should begin with a good eating plan, combining fats and sweets with fruits and vegetables. It will be better if you drink at least eight glasses of water daily to control your calories and your cholesterol.

If you want you can use some pills to control your weight and to accelerate the process of burning fat.

I know some pills which you can use to reduce your weight. Those pills are Xenical and Hoodia. Their results are excellent and fast.

you can eat vegetables. you need to eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink lots of water, and you can probably walk for exercise. ask someone to walk with you, even if it's just around your house. you cannot safely lose that much weight in such a short time, but you can lose it eventually if you really try. there's no quick fix here.

why cant you eat veggies?
the only way you can eat healthy and lose weight is by going raw. which means uncooked fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds (not roasted), oils, grains. and they ahve to be raw...and its hard to find raw nuts and seeds but if you have a whole foods they will have them. drink lots of water and stay active someone. i dont really think you can achieve the best results without exercise. to be honest...it sounds like your trying to take the easy way out...sorry hun but nothing in life is easy to get anymore. you have to be motivated and work for what you want.

I don't know how much 10 stone is, but you can't lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks. That is so unhealthy and probably impossible. Your best bet is to just eat heathy and exercise and drink lots of water.

Its impossible to lose 30 lbs in two weeks , You can lose about 6 lbs the most then it wont stay off
Your best bet would be something like the Slim fast liquid diet

Sorry you got to exercise Its the only way ,even walking quickly for 20 mins and a healthy diet you should see the pounds drop off.
