Precious is a girls name isn't it? So that would be Preziosa and not Prezioso as most answerers said.

I think the others all have been answered.

How about

Preziosa, Melissa, Cristina, Giuseppe, Clara, Catarina, Lisa, Margaretta, Tiffani, Cristofero, Maria Anna, Tirone, Guillermo, Aprile, Scotto, Antonio, Matteo, Davide, Maria, D.G.

Though Graham has a point about full names--I just guessed. Italian doesn't have a "J" so most "J" names start with G. Not at all sure about Guillermo! I think William is something like that!

It would help if you provided the correct names instead of abbreviated or popular forms. For example, is "Chris" short for "Christopher", "Christine", or what? Is "Will" "William", "Willard" "Wilfred", and so on.

And how the heck is anyone supposed to translate two letters" "D.J"..... ?
