Not a bit. Anyone who dies as a result of their criminal activity deserves no sympathy at all, and neither do their families for allowing such a low-life to evolve unchecked! I feel exactly the same about junkies who OD, and robbers who get injured by decent people defending their property.
My only sympathy lies with the poor sod who's had his/her car nicked, and anyone else involved in the resulting carnage.

NO i don't wish to appear to be ageist in this ,but a high percentage of these people seem to be in the 15 to 23 year age group. The professionals who steal cars do so to sell them on,so they try to make sure the cars they steal are UN damaged, and they are alive to steal more cars.I may sound callous but i do not have one feeling of sorrow for these thieves who die when the car they have stolen crashes mostly caused through their inability to control a car.

Sorry? Sorry? after they've stolen, put other lives at risk of maiming or death, then killed themselves. No! not one iota of sorrow for them. Sorry is for those left to clear up their mess and remains, the rescue services, the medical staff and the families of those affected. but for those who die behind the wheel because of their own stupidity, not a jot of sorrow.

Not really. Its sad, but no one forced them to be thieving little scumbags. I feel more sorry for the people who are also involved in such incidents.

No it is horrible these kid's probably think it's a cheap way of learning to drive. although they have been told the risks of joy-riding, I'm sure they like all young people go out with the impression that it will never happen to them.

i feel more sorry for anyone they knock down and kill during their joy riding spree, but yes it is a stupid uneccessary waste of life for a couple of hours madness, i wish these idiots would stop and think about what the impact will be on their families.

Seeing as how the majority are kids with their heads up their backsides and are only doing it because their marginally older peers are doing the same thing and they want to seem "cool"

Yeah I do a bit.
