Iceland Express flies directly from London Stansted to Iceland. No stopovers.
Iceland Express is a low cost airline, so you can get pretty cheap tickets if you book in a couple of months' advance.

depends entirely on the airline you book with
if you have already booked then they should have told you in your timetable if there are stopovers
