I take it that you are addressing Christians regarding judgment of both themselves and unbelievers.
Firstly, I have to say that EVERYONE will be judged - ie. stand before the judge who will assess our lives, but the details will be different for both categories of people.
One day, Christ will come for his Church and take her, living and dead, out of the world to be his Bride. But, before she comes before the Father, Christ will sit to judge his Church (Romans 14:10) as to the quality of her faith : what she has done, how she has behaved, etc., whilst living on earth. Has she served him and loved him with a pure heart and brought glory to his name or has she given him less than is his due?
The issue of condemnation will not come up at this judgment, because Christ has taken the punishment which was due to his people and this has given them acquittal before God. Therefore, in God's eyes, their sins have been taken away and their judgment has been passed over. There is no condemnation, for those who have put their faith, not in their own righteousness, but only in Christ to save them, for their sins have been washed away by the blood of the Lamb of God.
Christ will assess his Church's service of him - of what degree and quality it is - and some will receive honours and some not.
Unbelievers will stand before the Father one day and they will not be accused by Christ, but by Moses (John 5:45), as to whether they have fulfilled the demands of the Ten Commandments, because all who are not judged by the law of Christ must be judged by the law of Moses. That is why Christ came, to save us from condemnation under that law, for no man is righteous enough to gain acquittal according to Moses' Law. However, if a person refuses to trust in Christ and follow him, he has put himself outside of the law of Christ. Grace having become ineffective, God has no other recourse than to judge him according to the law of his works.
John 1:17: ' For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth was given through Jesus Christ'.

There are sins of ommission as well as of commission.
Christ will judge all people, the living and those who have died, on the Day of Judgment (2 Cor 5:10 Acts 10:42-43). Christians (having put their faith in what Christ did at Calvary to save them - and nothing else) have already passed from judgment to life, the moment they believed (Jn 10:9, 27-30; 1 Jn 3:14). Christians will either receive a reward (or no reward) for the things done in the body, according to whether that was good or bad, but their salvation is already secured. So their deeds, or lack of deeds, are judged as either works that last into eternity and so rewarded, or as of no lasting worth and therefore not rewarded.
Thus Christians who (for example) didn't do anything to help the poor or the voiceless will have that ommission revealed on the Day of Judgment and will feel ashamed. Yet they will not be judged in the sense of having been found wanting and then punnished for it. They will fail to receive a reward that more diligent Christians will receive.

This is one of those hard to answer questions. Some Christians say they wont be judged ,others say ,they will. Why are there different answers?Do they read the same Bible?
If you have been evil all your life but you ask God for forgiveness and you are truly sorry just before you die ,then God will forgive you.
If you have lived a good life the way God would like you to ,but just before you die you turn against God and blame and curse him for something that has recently happened to you, will God send you to Hell or will he forgive you ?
The way i see it ,it is how God finds you ,when he comes to judge you,not how you lived your life.God will always forgive you over and over and over again,if you are truly sorry.
Then again i may be wrong. Only God knows the answers. We are only guessing.

I believe that as Born Again Christians, we will only be judged so that God can reward us for the things that we have done.

We will be judged by what Christ has done in our lives. And He can't do anything until we ask Him to.

Yes, I believe we are judged by what we've done in our lives and if we've accepted Christ as our savior. If we've not denied Him before others He will not deny us before His Father.

God doesn't Judge. He is God all knowing. He gently shows people the correct way to do things.

isaiah 53:6
We all, like sheep, have gone astray,
each of us has turned to his own way;
and the LORD has laid on him
the iniquity/sins of us all.
