cooked pieces of tri tip
pieces of beef jerky
cashews
whiskey
corn
tomatoes
bottle of dark beer
chocolate bar
can of tomato juice
can of tomato paste
garlic
onion
balsalmic vinegar
red bell pepper
chili powder
black beans
kidney beans
pinto beans
this is the best friggin chili i have ever had and everyone i make it for loves it. serve it with fritos corn chips and sour cream.

1 pound ground beef
1 pound italian sausage
1 medium onion
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
4 celery stalks
2 cans dark red kidney beans
1 can mild chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato juice
2 packages of taco seasoning
brown hamburger and italian sausage along with the onion, garlic and celery. Drain any excess liquid. Place all ingredients in a crockpot and let it cook on low for about -8 hours. The italian sausage really gives a unique flavor.

Ingredients:
3 pounds coarse ground chuck
3 pounds cubed beef stew meat
1/3 cup Extra virgin Olive oil
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded & minced
1 jalapeno pepper, whole
4 poblano peppers chopped & seeded
1 large red bell pepper
1 large green bell pepper
1 large onion
1 bulb chopped garlic
3 dried ancho chilies seeded
2 dried seeded chili ******
3 dried seeded chili (red new Mexico)
5 tablespoons standard chili powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon adobo seasoning
1 tablespoon beef base
2 cups water or beer
28 ounces chopped tomatoes (canned )
29 ounces canned black beans
Directions:
Saute meat till browned in olive oil , drain the meat , add all the peppers onions and garlic and spices saute for 15 mins till onion is translucent . Mix beef base with water or beer, and add to the beef and veggie mixture, simmer on low for about half hour , add tomatoes and beans , and continue to simmer till the cubed stew meat is very tender.

CHILLI CON CARNE
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans (15 ounces each) red kidney beans or small red beans, drained
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, quartered, sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 pound ground round
1 can (14.5 ounces) tomatoes
1 can mild green chile peppers
2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno chile pepper, optional
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
dash cayenne pepper, or to taste
dash ground cloves
PREPARATION:
Prepare beans unless using cans. Rinse dry beans, cover with cold water, and let soak overnight. Drain, transfer to a large saucepan, and cover with fresh water. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour, or until tender.
Drain.
In a large skillet, brown the onion, pepper, and ground beef in oil. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers, and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 1 1.2 hours, adding a little water if needed to keep from sticking. Check and stir frequently. Add the cooked or canned beans and heat through.

campbells two bean chilli
1lb ground beef,1 lrg green pepper ,chopped, 1 lrg onion ,chopped 2 tblsp chilli powder,1/4 tsp black pepper,3c tomatoe juice, 1 can (15oz) kidney beans and great nothern beans,rinsed and drained. cook beef,green peppers and onion ,chilli powder and pepper in med skillet over med-high heat untill beef is browned , stirring to seperate meat pour off fat. add tomatoe juice and beans. reduce heat to low and heat through . top with sour cream ,green onions,cheese and tomatoes . good luck and enjoy .
