Everytime i make my bed?

Everytime i make my bad my back starts hurting..Im only 13 and i do p.e twice a week..Why does it start hurting?

I would recommend letting your mom know what's going on as well so that she can help you keep an eye on this and also your doctor so that they can evaluate the situation further to see what is going on.
