This could be a form of dermatitis which is sometimes treated by vets with ovarid tablets.

Indoor cats get fleas too.
You're supposed to be looking for flea dirts on her skin rather than the actual fleas, because you see these far more often they're the poos the fleas leave behind.
No one on here can possibly say what these lumps are!! I'm not saying it's serious, but if you do want an actual answer then have a vet look at her.

The best thing you could do for your cat and yourself is call the vet, if you don't want to make an appointment you can always nip into the vet to ask their opinion.
It could be anything from a skin condition to fleas. To check for fleas give your cat a brush and the fur that comes away put it in a bit damp cotton wool or a white tissue and dampen the fur. If there's little red marks left on the tissue/cotton wool then that's fleas.
Whatever it is, the best thing you could do is make an appointment for the vet.
I hope you manage to get it sorted, and that your cats ok.

definately take her to the vets, my poor puddy tat had an awful allergic reaction to fleas - could not see them on him but he pulled his fur out round his neck, over groomed and had hard lumps on his skin at the rear end!!
The vet dignosis - he was a very stressed cat as every bite he had he reacted to. I felt awful as we had no fleas in the house and we were not getting bitten but they can come in on your shoes (especially if you have just been doing the lawn!)
The solution was Fucidin gel on his lumps, an all over flea wet spray (available at vets, not an aerosol spray) and a course of Anti B's. That was 5 years ago, and he is a very healthy happy puss now. I treat him every month in the summer with the drops on back of neck, and every 6-8 weeks in winter (as he does not tend to stay out in the cold) not stupid are they cats?
The best of luck.

def sounds like a skin infection called mange..
Demodectic Mange in Cats
Demodex is a parasitic mite that causes a skin disease often referred to as mange. The microscopic Demodex mites live in the hair follicles and oil glands of your cat’s skin or at the skin surface. Cats are also host to a sarcoptic mite called Notoedres. The resulting disease is often referred to as scabies.
Although animals often harbor Demodex mites, most healthy animals are able to suppress the populations.
How will mange affect my cat?
Demodex mites create patches of hair loss that may cause mild irritation and itching. Notedres mites create inflamed areas that are extremely irritated and itchy to the cat.
Diagnosis of mites is made through skin scrapings of the affected areas. Most common infestations are found on the head and neck and less commonly on the trunk and limbs.

It could be a disease. Take her to the vet now.
Do not scratch the area. Nor wet it. Wash your hands if /when you've touched the area.
Could be cancer, could be a rash, or could be maggots have found way into the skin and are growing in there.
Do not let her scratch it.
Best is to take her to vet asap.
I do hope she gets better soon.
But you take care of your self as well. Do not touch the area. Or get upset.

I think she may have feline leukemia. You need to have her checked out ASAP, and keep her totally away from other cats until them.
