I've been a Samoyed breeder for nearly 20 years. I do not now, nor will I have any pups in the near future but I would be happy to refer you to a responsible, reputable breeder in your area.
In the meantime here's a great website that another breeder has that has TONS of information about the breed as well as how to choose a breeder.

EDIT: If you want an adult Samoyed, rescue is the way to go... the dogs are usually past the worst of their puppy naughtiness which can last until the are finally adults at the age of 3. Again, contact me and I can put you directly in touch with a rescue in your area.
