The Caravan Club should be a suitable starting point due to their extensive member network. They should be able to advise you on the type of cover you need based on past experiences of the members (1 million caravan, motor caravan and trailer tent owners).
Alternatively a simple search on caravan insurance provides a good list on providers.

Foremost & American Modern Home are probably the biggest. American Modern Home's mobilehome policy still includes flood & earthquake (if the state allows it). Foremost used to include these but took them off several years ago.
