Well, if your ex is disputing about the child being yours then you can go in for a DNA test. I also think it is wrong to assume that her new partner will not accept the child. If they are good parents to the child then you should not worry. Of course you can get your visiting rights sorted out then. I can understand how you feel but it is not enough just to prove that you are the biological father. If you are a good dad whatever the current situation is, I'm sure your child will tell you one day that he/she is proud of you. Good luck!

Have the child doc do a paternity test to see if your are the father or not. And the if your ex does want to then try to hire lawyer. to get a court order for the paternity test.

You can petition for a paternity test and she will have to submit and produce the child for testing. Call a lawyer for assistance.
