Hey Wendy yes they are cartoons. Anime characters even if animated in 3D are still cartoons nomatter how you look at them. They are not real and are animated wich would make them cartoons.

ahh man thats a simple one. I'd bring Chii from chobits to life, the way she talks and acts is sooo kawaii. plus i mean come on she looks good in damn near everything she wears >.>

The Sohma Family. Yuki is so cute. Also, I really like to see Byakuya Kuchiki in real Life. In the musical, the actor who plays him is not enough.

I would say Garfield.
I always like Garfield since I first read the comics. He's witty, straightforward and honest. I think we need more of honest and smart people in the world.
He is a bit selfish and self absorbed but who isn't?
