My favorite. A shopping center on the corner. So there's no street parking. The center has like 6-9 stores with just enough parking for employees and 1/2 customer per store.

urban cities in the usa, don not have parking areas designated for long term parking. only for short term with high fees. thats urban planning for autos in the big cities. mass transit was developed to resolve parking space.
