I am interest in learning more about traditional teachings of the occult and witchcraft, but problem is the secrecy that surrounds it.

Where could I start looking my local area to find such teaching?

Stand outside of a Iron Maiden concert and start asking that question to everyone who walks by. Eventually a van with no windows will pull up and four guys in ski masks will jump out and drag you into the van. When they take the blindfold off and you find yourself tied to a chair in an abandoned warehouse, ask the guy who looks the best dressed of the bunch.

Wouldn't it be much easier just trying to learn to live in the "real world" instead of trying to find anything about the "unknown" & the "black area" in life! Just trying to live our best on a day to day schedule, being happy, helping to make those around us happier is more productive in "my book". We all have enuf "darkness" in our lives from time to time, it's the "brightness" we ALL need MUCH MORE OF. How about searching for the good & it w/be much more rewarding, you'll benefit from it & so w/everyone around you. Now THAT makes more sense to me anyway.

Maybe looking in the dumpsters. Most people throw that kind of stuff out.

just more ooga booga nonsense.

there's no real power there. it's the same thing as being catholic, just less mainstream.

just make something up and you'll be on the right track. that's what the rest of them do.

If you want to become one, you've got me stumped.

If you want to research the occult, try fighting against it (by serious hard-core praying, for example), and see how fast it tries to attack you.
