I have lost 10
lbs and i am seeing some excess skin can it be toned off anyhow?

If you are really overweight, try to lose it slowly - 2 or 3 lbs. per week. By doing so, the skin will stay attached to the underlying tissue long enough for it to adjust to the loss of fat underneath. It's not a sure thing and lose skin is almost unavoidable - depends on genetics, degree of obesity and age too - but it will help to lose it slowly. You also should consider weight training while you are losing it. That will replace some of the lost fat with gained muscle and keep the skin a little tighter. Good luck. And no matter how much you worry about the skin, keep in mind you'll be soooo much healthier even with the lose skin.

Build it up with muscle! I had that when I had to take prednisione to cure sarcoidoissis, a lung condition and it put on weight, and when I was weaned off of it, I lost all that water weight fast so i had to agressively work out to keep that skin nice, and I did too. Good Luck to you!
