for my job i have now , we had to answer in a group intervew, and I said 'i am not confident speaking in front of groups of people, and that I am currently working on improoving that'

dont actually put a real weakness here, when i went for my current job, i put that being so young ( i was 17 at the time) and that i had little experience... they know both of these things already by looking at my resume so its nothing new to shock them... good luck

List ones that are not disqualifying for the job. E.g.
I'm a perfectionist.
I work too hard.
I'm too dedicated to my work.
I'm loyal to a fault.
I am compulsive about fixing my mistakes at once.
Etc.

List something like
Im way too dedicated
Put something that is "bad" but will really make you look good. But dont leave it blank... thats the worse thing you can do
