Northeast - bone graft apprx $2,000 to $2,500 USD. If graft is on the upper teeth dentist will probably require you to get a CAT scan also.
The graft will usually cover the whole area that needs implants unless they're on different sides or top and bottom. In that case there will be a separate charge.
Implant cost are apprx. 1,200 to 2,000 depending on the teeth.
Total time is about 11 - 13 months.
Maybe you can work out a discount if the implants are adjoining teeth.

Depends on where you are getting the procedure done. Certain states like California and New York will probably be more expensive. Specialists will be more expensive than general dentists. Clinics and dental schools will be less expensive. Bone grafts can range from $300-500. Implants can range from $2000-4000, which can or cannot include the crown, which can range from $800-1000. Finally, the charge can be for one surgery (total), or each site (so double everything),

My wife had a bone graft recently with a tooth extraction, and it was over $400 for the graft alone. Good thing insurance is covering 85% of it...

Implants, I dunno.
