Not in any military I'm aware of.

Parachuting isn't usually part of infantry training - soldiers from various Corps have to volunteer for it if they're eligible or required to do so.

To become a paratrooper (in Australia, at least), one needs to do Recruit Training, School of Infantry, then finally the parachute course.

No, airborne is all volunteer. If you just want to be an 11 series, then sign up for that and decline any offers for airborne of they come up.

No, you have to volunteer for airborne. It's a lot of fun though, and while at Fort Benning, why not go for it? Since you're there already.
