I've had german shepherds all of my life and I was the president of a german shepherd rescue group. I've seen females (two sisters) that weighed 45lbs full grown. You just have a small girl. The bonus to this is she will have an easier time when she gets older. The bigger they are the harder it is when the get old and creaky. lol~

AKC website says

Size, Proportion, Substance
The desired height for males at the top of the highest point of the shoulder blade is 24 to 26 inches; and for bitches, 22 to 24 inches.

The German Shepherd Dog is longer than tall, with the most desirable proportion as 10 to 8½. The length is measured from the point of the prosternum or breastbone to the rear edge of the pelvis, the ischial tuberosity. The desirable long proportion is not derived from a long back, but from overall length with relation to height, which is achieved by length of forequarter and length of withers and hindquarter, viewed from the side.

There is no weight listed in the standard. A GSD isn't a huge dog you know. Those huge SHepherds you often see are not correct.

No she won't get any bigger. She'll get heavier but not taller.
I have a male who by using the basic rule of weight at 4 mos.,multiplied by 2 and adding 20% should have weighed about 92# at adulthood.
He's been on a good quality diet his whole life and at 2 he only weighed 72#.He's so darn hyper all the time we could'nt keep weight on him.Now that he's over 3 he's slowing down finally and now weighs 82# and is FINALLY starting to look like he's not starving.

60 lbs. is a good weight for a female GSD.Mine was always around 60 until she turned 5,then she put on a few pounds and, at 6-1/2 yrs., weighs around 70 now. She's not fat, though, and she's tall for a female. You don't want her to be fat,as it's bad on their joints.

She's probably her full -size, there are Shepherd's from Germany that are huge and smaller bred Sheps.

Just be happy if she's healthy, strong and a happy well-adjusted dog!

She may be small for her breed, but is she thin or average weight? Being a female makes her smaller anyway,& she may have been the smallest in the litter.

One sign is that she's a female -- females are usually smaller than the males. She's 2 years, you say? She will not grow any bigger. Most dogs grow very fast and to the fullest at 6 months. She just may be small, and a GSD isn't a VERY big dog, either.
