personally if fox takes over I would stop watching NA$CAR because with that the top35 the chase and this idiotic green white checker rule well it is just a little to childish for me kiddies.
Benny (R.I.P.) wasn't that good. All I remember about Benny was when he first started out announcing with ESPN he was good. I do miss him and was shocked to hear of his death but good in the last years not even close. Should of been a fan or born when he was at ESPN.
As you can see I think you are wrong, Bogity bogity is childish and something like OK DW one last time ?????? You can't be serious. Maybe you can find a High School Q&A forum to amuse.

I agree whole-heartedly about the ABC/ESPN coverage. The problem is that Fox has football which, unfortunately for us NASCAR fans, is a bigger money maker. So we will have to suffer with ABC/ESPN. I don't know if I would want to have NBC back either, I do miss Hammond and DW. It took me a while to get used to Hammond, but now I think he is one of the smartest guys covering NASCAR. I miss the Hollywood Hotel and the cut-away car. I agree with what somebody said about Tim Brewer, he seems to be under the influence of something and Rusty lets his personal feelings get in the way.

If Speed Channel went to basic cable we wouldn't have this problem, but we would have to deal with Jimmy Spencer!

Thats why I have Sirus Satellite radio...Turn on real guys that know their stuff....all race no b/s.. I have only listened to one race with abc/espn...can't stand it....just the thought of having to be tortured with Rusty Wallace, gives me a ear-ache.. Bring on the Fox boys.. I can tolerate DW, atleast he knows what he is talking about, yes the boogity boogity gets old, but it beats espn/abc...

Go Dale Jr & HMS in 200&.....

I much prefer to hear boogity boogity boogity and MAC-MURRAY then to hear drivers be called "cats" and drivers race cars referred to as "hot rods" Tim brewer is bugged eyed. Dr Punch is a quack. ESPN's announcers turn small stories into huge ones like when gordon didnt get all the fuel in his car yesterday they acted like these guys would never ever pit again. ESPN cant stay nuetral either. Rusty doesnt like some drivers and he is let it known during the race.

Get Jeff Hammond, Larry Mac and replace DW with Kenny Wallace. That should be a good crew. DW to me is to full of himself and that Booogity, Booogity crap has got to go. I'm surprised at how boring Rusty is and have heard that Ricky Rudd may be getting into broadcasting, don't know how entertaining he would be. Who knows, Mikey Waltrip may be a good fit, because he can't drive.

I much prefer Fox over ABC/ESPN. I always dread when they switch over! The guys on FOX appear to be more knowledgable about NASCAR.
