Atheist are no different from other humans in this respect.
If by soul you mean some sort of supernatural ghost in the machine, there is no evidence that any humans have such a ghost.
If by soul you are speaking poetically of the human spirit, "heart", or the ability to appreciate Jazz -- of course athiest are just as likely to have these things as theists.

Well......christians claim to want to save the atheists 'souls'. Perhaps atheists would prefer the word 'minds' and would like to save the christians 'minds'.

Everyone is a living soul while they are alive. When they die they become dead souls; corpses. Their spirit or life force goes out back to its maker and their thoughts do perish; they are conscience of nothing.
