Naw, all it will do is make your feet sweat. Pop some Ibuprofen and give your feet a good soak in warm water with epsom salts and maybe peppermint oil. The combo of a muscle relaxer in your body and topical immediate relief like a foot bath will make your feet feel so much better. I'd also recommend a self foot massage with some nice lotion and check into getting a better quality pair of shoes.

yes-sir-ee.
Unless they are caused by being on your feet all day, and then I recommend a cool soak in epsom salts.
I have marfans so my feet take a beating.
I like to rub my feet and calves with something called sombra - its like mild bengay (you could mix bengay with lotion) - just make sure you wash your hands well - adn dont do that with a heating pad, its too much.

You have given too short info.
There is no medicine for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, WORRY, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 90% success in treating all pains confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment.
All sorts of heat treatment treat almost all pains except burns.
You can try massage too.
Painkillers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time and body treats it sometimes and credit goes to meds. When it is beyond capacity of body it becomes chronic.

Sure it works, but it's not going to take the pain away. It will only the pain receptors in your feet - the same effect as aspirin and analgesic pain relief.
The real solution is to find out the real problem and solve that.

I use one for mine when I have a lot of pain, and it seems to help my feet. Also buy you some of the socks that the skiiers wear that have spun wool in them. You can find them at the sporting goods stores. They really help this problem also by keeping your feet warm. I have arthritis badly in my feet.

your feet ache because they are overworked and hot...so a cool pad is best...not heat...or, you can take an asprin to keep the swelling down.
