I *love* grilled cheese sandwiches. My favorite are made with deli-sliced Colby Jack and Provolone. I'll have to try your suggestion of Muenster and Mozzarella.
Now I'm hungry!

i love them. My dad used to put some peanut butter on the inside of them and then use american cheese and a slice of ham. then melt some butter in a frying pan and then brown the bread in that on both sides. sounds gross but it was really good.
I liked them with any kind of cheese on my grilled cheese , even have used the shredded taco cheese on them before really delicious.
Makes a nice and easy lunch or snack too.

Yum! I have never tried putting stuff in the ones I make, I normally just use cheddar or pepper jack cheese. I do like mine dipped in tomato soup though! Mmmm!!!
