The traslations given to you by the other users are correct.

However in Sicilian is :
"Tuttu succiede pur um mutivu" or
"Tuttu succiede pa' na raggiuni"

In standard Italian we have many ways to translate this sentence :
"Tutto accade per un motivo" or "Tutto succede per una ragione" or "Ogni cosa avviene per un motivo" or also " Per tutto ciò che avviene c'è una causa".

I would say however the first one is the most common.

tutto accade per una ragione!!it is in italian..no dialect!!do you know sicilian??
