Most definitely not. Not unless one considers acupuncture and meridian points to have spiritualistic/occult/santeria connections. One needs to believe in nothing at all in particular to practice or receive it. In learning it, no religious or spiritual references were ever mentioned.

Good question. I have been looking at it with some interest, but certain statements it makes and certain treatments it advocates sniff of the occult.

no its not, its a VERY relaxing (to me anyway) thing. The acupuncture points on your body are tapped and you can sometimes feel the results, its very positive.
